Denver receiver, Brandon Marshall was suspend from the team for unspecified “detrimental” conduct. At this time there is no word on how long the suspension will be for.
NFG - Marshall just keeps dropping down my cheat sheet. He has demanded a trade, which he does not seem likely to get, he has not learned the Broncos new playbook, which hurts his value immensely, he has been a constant problem in practices as well. Marshall has swatted balls thrown to him rather than catch them, punted a ball away rather than hand it to the ball boy, spent time with the scout team rather than the regular team and has walked around the field while his teammates were running. If he plays this season, it is very likely he will not come close to his previous seasons numbers. The only way he can move back up the rankings now is if they trade him.

Brandon Marshall (WR) - 07/13/2009
Brandon Marshall after having hip surgery in April, is working hard to get in shape. After doing sixteen 110 yard sprints with Larry Fitzgerald, Marshall was hard on himself for how far behind he was, saying he was 20 yards behind Fitzgerald in all of the sprints. It has only been a short time since the surgery and if he stays healthy he should gain his strength and speed in time for the season.
From some of the things Marshall said, it also sounds as if he plans on being ready to play for whatever team he suits up for when the season starts. Even if it is the Broncos. We will have to wait and see how he acts as the season draws near though.

Adam Schefter reported Monday on KOA Radio in Denver that wide receiver Brandon Marshall has requested a trade.
NFG- It is obvious that he is disgruntled. His numbers will go down this season without Cutler throwing the ball. If he gets his wish and is traded, one can only imagine at this time that it will lift his quickly declining value. Still you have to keep in mind that he had off-season hip surgery and has a history of off-field problems.
