Why NFL Fantasy Guide?

WE ARE SORRY: Due to the overwhelming time it takes to keep up with Fantasy Stats, I am no longer creating up to date draft lists and such on this blog.

However, I would like to remind you that the articles are for the most part still good advice to keep to heart when playing Fantasy Football.

Cleveland Browns Fantasy Players

Quarterback - Derek Anderson or Brady Quinn - (Position Rank - 25)
(Passing) NA
(Rushing) NA
For now it is a wait and see to find out who the starting quarterback will be. Whether it is Anderson or Quinn, it really doesn't matter. Neither is expected to have a big enough year to be worth drafting and if the Browns starter gets off to a hot start? Likely he will be available in waivers.

Running Back - Jamal Lewis - (Position Rank - 25)
(Rushing) 1,100 Yards, 5 TD, 2Fumbles
(Receiving) 25 Catches, 200 Yards, 1 TD
The thing to remember is Lewis is still the Browns featured back. In the era of the RB by Committee, that is always worth noting. He should eclipse the 1,000 yard mark but he likely wil not score much. If you are desperate for a second running back, he may be worth taking if nobody better is available. He may even surprise you.

Wide Receiver -Braylon Edwards - (Position Rank - 18)
(Receiving) 68 Catches, 1,000 Yards, 7 TD, 1 Fumble
Edwards is fighting a foot injury and if it doesn't clear up for him, he will find his rankings dropping fast.

Tight End - Kellen Winslow - (Position Rank - 5)
(Receiving) 75 Catches, 900 Yards, 5 TD, 1 Fumbles
If Winslow was on a better team, he could make a run for the top Tight End in the game. Even on the Browns however, he is still a TE anyone fantasy owner should be happy to have.
