Shonn Greene (RB) - 06/15/2009

NEW YORK (AP)—The New York Jets signed third-round draft pick Shonn Greene(notes) on Monday to a four-year deal that includes a $905,000 signing bonus.

Greene’s signing could mean one of two things. He could be a good compliment to Thomas Jones and steal some goal line carries away from Jones, or he could be insurance if contract negotiations go bad with either Jones or Leon Washington.
